Appalachian Home finds 24-year old folk artist barrett in his most vulnerable space telling personal stories of his hometown of Boone, NC. Boone is a place that led to a lot of heartbreak for me growing up, but its also the place that gave me the tools to heal from that same heartbreak, says barrett. With barretts debut project, youll find stories about the people that make his hometown town so uniquely special, but youll also find lyrical recollections of the Appalachian regions well-known natural beauty. Appalachian Home is not just a collection of songs its a heartfelt return to roots, where pain and healing coexist in harmony with the land that shaped them.
