Description
Roy Porteris best known for playing an important part of the Bebop movement in the 1940s. He had played with guitaristTeddy BunnandHoward McGheeas well asCharlie Parkeron the now classic Dial session on 28 March 1946. In 1971 he releasedJessica, the debut album underRoy Porter Sound Machine. We found it a good idea to put the vocal and instrumental versions back to back on one 45rpm single. Especially because neither of the two have ever been released on 45!
