Description

Distant Call is a collection of early demos ofsongs by Trish Keenan and James Cargill thatwould subsequently appear as finishedproductions on the albums Haha Sound, TenderButtons and The Future Crayon.

The album also includes two songs discovered byJames after Trishs passing: Come Back To Meand Please Call To Book. These were herresponse to Broadcasts 2006 Lets Write A Songproject, where fans were asked to submit lyrics ona postcard which would then be worked into afinished song.

Distant Call is a closing of the door on Broadcastand will be the last release from the band.
