Also included is a disc of The Mamas & The Papas appearing on “The Ed Sullivan Show” and a pair of “Mama” Cass Elliots TV specials from 1969 and 1973: “The Mama Cass Television Program” with guests Joni Mitchell, Mary Travers and John Sebastian; “Don’t Call Me Mama” with guests Michelle Phillips, Joel Grey and Dick Van Dyke.
