Following the release of his new collaborative album Tall Taleswith Thom Yorke, a 2LP vinyl repress of Mark Pritchards previous solo album Under The Sun will be available on 25 Julyvia Warp Records.

Originally released in 2016, Under The Sun is one story told inchapters and, as with any good story, the spell is only maintained if you dont skip to the end. Pritchard, as usual, defieseasy categorisation and that is what gives depth and nuanceto this work. He draws on the sounds and influences genetically coded in his musical DNA; ambient, nu-wave, avant-garde electronics and folk; but reimagines them through anotherworldly filter that cements Under The Sun somewhere inthe future, rather than the past.

The album features contributions from peers and friendsincluding Thom Yorke, Linda Perhacs, Bibio, and Beans, andexplores themes of beauty, desolation, and longing for home.
