Following the acclaim of her 2024 album My Method Actor,Nilfer Yanya returns with an intimate, one-take Live to Vinylsession recorded at the legendary Metropolis Studios.
The performance offers a raw and immersive snapshot ofYanyas singular artistry, reworking standout moments from MyMethod Actor alongside fan favourites.
The 12″ includes tracks ‘Method Actor’, ‘Call It Love’, ‘Binding’and ‘The Dealer’.
The Live to Vinyl release follows a period of major touring forYanya, including a North American run with Alex G, UK datessupporting Lorde on her arena tour, and performances atfestivals such as Glastonbury (West Holts Stage), Primavera,All Points East, Green Man and Way Out West.
This unique Live to Vinyl product was captured at MetropolisStudios for the Revive Live campaign with Jack Daniels.
The session was recorded and mixed live in Studio A by AlexRobinson and cut to lacquer in real time at 45rpm by MattColton.
Lacquers have subsequently been pressed on a limited editionrun of 12″ vinyl for an exclusive Record Store Day 2026 release.
