Reissued for the first time on classic black vinyl, since its release in 1981, this pivotal album from The Saints was a turning point for Chris Baileys latter incarnation of the band, after the departure of Ed Kuepper. An exceptional piece of rock n roll ephemera with spikey horns, like Iggy on an upbeat take from Kill City, or Mink Deville fronting The Heartbreakers. This 1981 timeless slice of swaggering bravado is Chris Baileys Saints at their finest, it is released by the late singers estate. I can only simply repeat, for the record, that, in my opinion, the Saints were Australias greatest band, and that Chris Bailey was my favourite singer. Nick Cave.
